We have all heard that a cockroach will survive a nuclear attack so how about it as an item that is always attached to a area that you place it in. It could be like a placeholder that would allow you to rebuild in a area if you get run out of town. It would have 0 influence but would allow a mobster to rebuilt one turf with that original placement date.

Dont like it. First off you said original placement date which means a free liscense to cap. Second off removing a player is about the only bad thing you can do to them. Large players would become irremovable making war so much harder

Going to UK, cappable noob set cockroach comes back with high lvl and big mob soon trying to cap UK. Just a Thought...
