I do like this idea, although it is difficult to put into perspective. Maybe if someone was capping all your turfs you could spread your mob to specific turfs to give you a bonus on those turfs? E.e: a turf with a thousand mob on it gains a 10% bonus in defence?I do appritiate that. Just think the element of the game thats missing is obvious. Does it screw the guys who bought turf. Yes. Is that fair, absolutely not! This ones down to the devs. Is there a resolution? Is it worth them finding one to improve there game? The possibilities tactically would be great. The current system is just about location and mob size. If your smaller than the mobs around you, not much you can do to hurt them and that's not realistic or in the spirit of gaming, but neither is it fair for hard work to be lost easily either. Hard one, but I honestly think it would make this game more enjoyable for all.
Just something to consider...

Lots of ways to look at it. I'm sure if the larger turf owners worked with the developer something along these lines could be made to work. As for a small gang not being able to mess with a large gang... Prefer not to go down this street, but... Think about it. If I had a problem with a g. I'll deal with it myself. Less witnesses, less to go wrong, less to rely on. I'd take the 100 asked to kill me over the 1 that really wants to every time ;)

Maybe if you made mob allocation via area rather than specific turf. If you hold a few diffrent towns you would have to split up your mob between them. Bit more realistic, enables higher up players to keep a lot of turf still. Still not a full blown tactical system like I would personally prefer, but it would go a small way to helping with the code problem. If never addressed this game has no future for new players and that's a lose lose situation.
