Someone else mentioned this - think it's a great idea!
1. actually give a reason to attack individual mobsters
2. Encourages banking to protect money (waste of time at the moment)
3. Encourages players to log on more - if only to bank the money they have earned.

Should only go with a hit list system though.

I think it a bad idea for a hitlist. Vendettas are something that other games don't have. They are something that makes this game unique. Everyone has hitlists. I think it is one feature that this game should steer clear of. ESPECIALLY if people can be chained. That is, if a k/d stat is added.
