Show boundary for an area

Maybe on the turf map there could be an option to show an area/district's boundaries so you could know where you can build to stay within that area if you are trying to gain capo status for it.

I like the idea, but don't see how it could be implemented. Both the map and geocoder are 3rd party software, which Nick cannot alter.
