Anyone else think that having other turfs nearby should give you some sort of defense bonus? Or even help you in attack.... Seems odd that one single isolated turf should fair the same as one in the middle of your stronghold... This would add a more strategic element to the game... Rather than simply who has more mob and guns?

I'm going to go ahead and bump this thread because I really do like the idea. It would encourage more strategy.

The only problem is that it would have to be powerful enough to make a difference, but not so powerful that player strength wouldn't matter. Given the variety of players, it would only mean anything to a small group of players.

Maybe 5+ turfs adds 5-10% to your defense or something.

I think this is cool, but we'd have to do it for attacking too.

Also, what about the longer a turf has been around the higher defense it has?

Yeah, if you check my turf pileup i got a good 20-30 turfs piled, De-Fence!
