"Friends"

There should be two seperate code systems, one for mobs and one for what I call "friends"

If you add a friend you both can capo a city and don't have to pay protection from either cops or each other. Friends must be in your mob and relatively close to any of your turf to attain friend-ness. This will help out when TW gets big and the world gets crowded.

Well if this is for when it gets more popular key word when. Then why don't we just wait till then because now there are a few power houses that will team up and inialate the rest of us. Food for thought.
