Skill points reset loot item

If someone already posted this I'm sorry. What if a loot item that is once in a lifetime acquired and rare that can reset all ur points, not erasing the pts but letting u place them in another category

Something like that shouldn't be looted. It needs to ba available to all equally, or not at all.

How bout if we make it available in the don menu and make it worth something like 100 don pts. Or something

id like to see it so every three months or so there would be a universal skill point reallocation, there would be a window of three days to do this

I was thinking of this when I noticed my wasted ATK DEF points, don point buy, for at least 75 and restriction of 1 per 10 levels?

sounds better or just reset attack/defence pts.values
