New Loot: "Reccomendation"

I just thought of a new loot item. In the place I live there aren't a bunch of turfs DIRECTLY in my vicinity. They are about 3 miles out to the larger groups and I think this loot item would make hopping way better. I think that the item should be something like a Reccomendation Letter or something to the Don. I think the Loot should give you 5 or 10 available turfs. So say that your current Turf stat is 31/26, and you loot the item, you would have 31/36. That would make hopping the 3 mile gap way more possible without tearing down turfs or waiting 10 levels.

Good idea, but won't work.
That's 120 don points needed. Nick does this for fun, but he still needs income to eat.
