Pop up notification option when health, stamina and energy are full.

Not sure if this was suggested before. Just something i thought of 😋😋🔥🔫👠

I think it has been posted by someone else. It's a good idea but could be a pain to see that notification pop up.

Well thats why i said option to. Just like the rest of the notifications have ability to be turne off :)

Would really like a notification when a turf starts paying protection money - currently to easy for someone to slip in and suck this unnoticed.... It's kinda not that subtle irl...
