Let's people put a hit on others and the person to send them to the ER gets a $ reward

No good. This game is about strategy. Games with hit lists are about nonsense.

Real mobsters do put hits out on other mobsters they don't like so this concept does fit in. Only problem is you shouldn't be able to just shoe them into the ER and get your reward. Maybe have to beat them with actual attacks and put them into the ER would make it more reasonable.

Putting in the ER is worthless. I don't see why anyone would pay to have it done anyways
