What if you bought turf with don points? Again, those who are willing to spend real cash will always have an advantage over those who don't, but make a turf purchase worth 250 don points. So $20 would get you two turf, $40 for 4, naturally limiting, but not out of reach for cheaper players. $10 in real money to plant one or two turf in a maxed out area is way worth it to the players, nick makes money, more interaction between players, possibly more wars, which again means more money on stam and energy refills...

One of the best things about Turf Wars is that it's GPS based. If you don't like being "limited" by GPS, then you need to find a new game.

Not sure how you are doing your math but whatev. It's not that I don't like the gps aspect, I just want to add something to it because some of us are stuck in small town america and can't afford, for one reason or another, to go anywhere, and it would be nice to have some way of doing that.

Mystery's math is simple. $15 buys you 375 points.
Turf costs 12 points.
375/12 = 31 turfs.

You increase your turf limit by 31, but you can't buy turf anywhere, and that was my point. $10-15 of real cash that rural or geographically limited players could help them be more active financially and fight-wise.

That's just one of the down sides of a location based game. Tell your friends with iPods. Spread the word. I put an ad on craigslist when I was the only one here and it got a few people to sign up.
