Simple. Either we have a true free for all like real life (why I like the game). Without worrying about being banned for anything. Or. We have ourselves a little democracy. Where nicks the president. However in that case. We need a list of laws, crimes, and penalties. As of now this has become a dictatorship where Nate freely bans whoever he sees fit. With little or no explanation of why. Reading every forum post isn't possible with my iPod plugged in.

If it's a free for all then knobody can get banned for anything. Even muling. Real life mobsters don't play by the rules.

But n real life it only takes 1 well placed shot to end someons career where as on this game a cheater really would have no reprecussions

My vote is up in the air. However I will not argue any rules put in place. But again.... Where are they? So untill then. How can anyone be banned for anything at all? I never agreed to anything.

And I had to search back 100's of posts to find where Nick comments on mules. (not that I mule). All the post he makes concerning rules/ ettiquete/ and maybe a more detailed description of the game and it's workings. We all know "who" (can't call people out anymore according to Nick) beat Nick to posting a amazingly detailed "how to capture"

yes. Ok. Like I said I can go either way. But let's assume it's "real life". There is a govenment which "gives us laws to follow", and obviously there is still crime.... Yes mobsters may live by a code. I happen to have a small alliance of friends near me. We do follow our own code of conduct. However. We realize that it's "life" that others will cheat and may not have and codes of conduct.

I would accept any rules laid down by Nick. I'm just not reading the entire forum to do so. Your not bursting any bubbles. I play by the "rules".....? Where are they? I'm no cheater in any way previously defined by Nick.

Alliances in game may or may not choose to play fair or have and rules or codes of conduct. Its left up to everybody. I only spam attack people that deserve it. I personaly enjoy looking out for the little players. When someone smaller reaches out and asks me for help. I do it. That's my code!

Yeah...I posted a thread earlier requesting rules and asking for basically what you've asked for her...with no response from Nick or any developer. I want to play by the rules...but currently the rules that are clearly defined are the ones in the programming of the game itself. And so yeah, I agree that it seems very disrespectful to the TW community to be threatening to ban players whenever there are currently no rules listed as to what we can and can't do to remain in good favor of the developers.

It is a legitimate request. Nothing more than a TW code of conduct put to paper to eliminate a good number of these threads. With the number of new players coming on board there is a real need to explain the do's and especially the dont's of this game.
