How about a Blacked-out Hurse taxi/minicab.. Get the loot to order it, pay for the mileage to drop turf.
Like a Big Police map.. up to 20 miles? 50k per mile..

does it add to build radius? if so i like.. but its gotta be more than 50k. cuz 20miles cant equal 1m. the person who uses should be sacrificing cash for much greater speed. so maybe like 500k a mile?
