I think the only feasible way would be a loot item. Random map that laid a turf randomly in the world. That way USA vs uk has a chance

People from the uk who found themselves in USA would congregate in one place after hopping then overwhelm the USA with superior tactics and intelligence.

Technically when USA revolted they were still from the uk. So we won and lost at the same time. My point was mainly that USA and uk want a grudge match and random turfs would help with that

I just followed the road the OP laid.

Besides, there are already UK players with turf in US, and US players with turf in UK.

Random turf won't prove anything. Either side could easily expel the foreign turf.
