Would like to be able
To buy turf with game cash as well as using real money
The cost should depend on each player depending on things like mob, number of turf already owned, weapons etc. So sort of weighted for each and it should hurt ie cost a lot so nick can still earn money from people who want to fast track.

I think that the idea wil not hurt nicks income. I would not want that to happen. Think of it as a little increase on turf limits set by the don right now but without the turf limit at level X (?) or the don points that are awarded free at new levels and used to increase turf limit.
For example I am way over my limit but if I could find a way of becoming level I would more than likely buy don points to progress. Right now I have to buy don points just to get level and not progress which I find odd and will not do. So in my case it will income positive for nick
