I think there should be a rare loot item where it drops the targets defence by 40% the same as a vendetta.you give the player the item then for a certain period of time say 30 minutes their defence is dropped.I think it would be good as it means the smaller players getting smashed by bigger players have a 30 minute window to remove big mobs turf from their area.it would encourage more attacking which is always good

why is it too powerful?if it's only a 30 minute window then it gives smaller players a chance.it's only the same as a vendetta.I'm in vendettas every week and I still survive against smaller players

Then it should only go to people under a certain level say 40 and only useable till level 75??

Disagree. I have 8k mob and I would love something like this against some of the bigger players in the game. Notably this could be used against CMS if in a war against them.

True but a loot item such as this is not the way to go about it. Neither is balancing a 20% defensive slant with a 40% weapon

This is kinda the idea behind ammo... Having 2 loot this similar and 1 of them being this powerful is silly. 40% reduction for 30 mins is enough to hit cap limit. Too much
