  Once a boss creates a family they should be able to make appointments :

  - Underboss
  - Consiglieri
  - Capo regime
  - Enforcers
  - Soldiers
  - Associates

  A family can have a maximum quota of 100 members so with 1 boss, 1 Underboss, 1 Consiglieri the rest of the family can be appointed on experience or importance.

  Capos x 7
  Enforcers x 25
  Soldiers x 35
  Associates x 30

  Those who just join a family could enter at associate level and earn promotion based on merit.
  Soldiers are made guys and enforcers a step up from them and below the capo.

  I'd even propose getting rid of beta chat and creating a chat of the management positions of the family only.
