Title says it all really. Greater chance of getting busted doing missions offset against greater chance of loot when police protection hasn't been paid.

It's not realistic to fine union bosses in a bank safe!

I think ransoms point is the higher the risk the greater the reward. I think it's a good idea, but won't happen as its going to eat into the game profits

Haha true. However, I don't think union bosses are actually stored in a safe though.
I quite like this idea, but I just don't see it happening. Sorry

The union bosses were retrieving their valuable from the safety deposit boxes when your mob robbed the bank vault, hence their subsequent kidnapping and forced labour under your evil control ... Obviously realistic! 😉

the horses heads are left over from Halloween costumes. Just wonder who has the other end.

The horse head comes from a bungled horse race fix. The horse body was sent to the glue factory and the head was donated to turf warrical science.
