It'd be nice to have the option to upgrade your stamina, health, and energy per turn. Or decrease the time it takes to gain one.

No.. you can upgrade your MAX of the above stated. I'm talking about how many energy points you gain every four minutes.

Since this is a Gps game that makes it 100x better than Mafia Wars. I think the realtime location of the User/ capo should provide an enhancement.

First, if a user/capo is physically located in his turf that turf should generate both higher income for the given time and have a higher defense rating.

Additionally, if a capo/user is physically in a given turf and it gets taken over, the capo/user should lose more $$.
