I've got turf in Europe and was capo there for a nice long time. Along comes a chap plants turf all around and takes over my capoship. I can't even retaliate by capturing his turf just because I'm now physically thousands of miles away. Now since I've turf there the usual capture should apply.

You can still build turf there. Go there on your turf map where you can see your turfs. Hit the new turf button, and you can build around your existing turfs. You don't need to be there.

You can even leap frog to his turfs and capture them.

yea that will cost u a lot I did it a lot of times in the pass
