In real life some turfs are better than others not due to population density but for what they have to offer, I thinkbit would be a nice spin if randomly on the map there would be hot spots, if turf is placed over it would give some extra perks kind of like in Civilization and reasourses, it could be adopted to mafia theme, could be fun and make turf capturing a bit more chalenging
