Possibly a loot item, but basically a downgrade for turf reduces health and influence by 5-10 points, the only way to get rid if it is to pass it to another turf that's in capping distance.
So if u have a hobo on your turf u can click on a turf in capping distance, select use item and the hobo would appear as an item

It would kinda end up being a pass the hobo game

Everything to do with the mafia, and I think it would be good...but call it something else maybe? More gangster like?

Homeless people are not all bad.some of them are just people like you and me who have lost their job,or gone bankrupt or have made bad decisions in life leading Them being homeless.it's a bit judgemental.

And the longer the hobo is there, the more they get. they start to colonize. And you can only dump one hobo at a time.

Can't decide if your being sarcastic but this would be AWESOME in this game and on a new one :)

It would be a great feature, but not in this game.

Maybe in Farmvile. God knows those folks could sure use some spicing up.

All the ones I no are lazy drunks who for some reason have money for bear and pot but not food
