Ok. What if you wanted to talk about something with the world of turf wars. Forums can't be used for that because you would have to goto the bottom of the pages every time you want to see what someone has to say. You also meet alot of new people in chat that you dont on forums and walls. Overall it would improve the games social system. If you have ever played a game called Haypi kingdom the players are close friends and know eachother well because of chat. Now I want you to tell me why you don't want chat

It's not needed. The game has a wall feature, much like Facebook works. The current social system works, don't try to fix something that's not broken.
