It would be nice to share money with people just like, rellikricky said, I think instead of giving it out to random newbie maybe shared it among a family. Maybe include a gang vault for the people to share money. Dunno if this idea would work since I did get this idea from another game.

There should a cap limit to how much you can receive, if this somehow were to work.

I like the idea of a family pool or bank (or gang vault as you describe it), were members can lodge cash and other family members up to level 30 can withdraw.
This gives the opportunity for new guys learning the ropes to access cash while learning the game.
