An option to send money to other players would be a good idea.

Let's say someone is attacking you over and over again, if you're too weak and attack them back, you lose and they gain money, so really it would have no affect on them, but if you could pay someone else stronger to attack them, they might reconsider attacking you over and over again.

Also, if new players could have a little money sent to them to help them out, they might consider sticking around rather than playing for a day then never playing again.

Having a mob just increases your strength, realistically if you was short on money and you was in a mob, surly they'd want to help you out in more ways if it was possible.
Maybe have a few requirements, like to send someone money they have to be in your mob and you have to have the money in your bank to transfer it to another players bank.

Stay below level 15 and ask for established players to fight you you’ll earn lots of extra money

Anyone who is below lvl 15 and gets attacked by higher levelled players. The lower guy pretty much wins every fight due to don protection and the big guys can “give” him/her their money....

Or, they have to be in your family.
