Most of the german states exist two times. Once with their english and again with their german name. This leads to the confusing possibility of two capos of a town and useless leaderboards. If I put up a new turf it could be in one or the other "version" of a town. I have no clue on which parameters the game decides to relate my new turf to one or the other "version" of a town. Recently it just changed. Now I have to pay protection for some turfs in a town I am capo of in one "version". It's annoying and I hope it can be solved...

Feedback to nick. Hopefully he can solve it without the Geocoder being changed.

This is pure geocoder so wont change anytime soon.
