Ok I have dead accounts in town w/turfs and I can't capture because they are lvl 12 and the "don" helps them. Ay ideas

Leave them alone. They add to income and turf values. better to collect off them than to cap them.

It would be nice to be able to fight them for more money though. Def leave the turfs for higher income and protection money

Leave them as they are and stop picking on weaker players that way the don wont get envolved.

If they stay at the same level for too long the don should start charging them

1. Fighting them won't do any good, as the larger the gap in combat strength between you and your oppoent, thje l;esser the reward.
2. This would kill any incentive to fight and play against worthwhile adversaries. Everyone would just farm the inactives.

Surely the individual can make their own mind about that? For instance if the turf in question is in an area where the income was really high anyway. You would get more income from a new turf (particularly if you maxed out your turf allowance) with a high influence then getting protection from an
