1. I think if someone has a turf sitting on them, they should not have to pay police protection on top of it.

Or maybe if the Capo is the protector turf, it would give the turf they are siting on a pass from the police for that turf.

2. A turf paying protection to someone should get the benefit of the protectors mob if they are attacked.
