There is a player with turf all over my local area but he puts as many as he wants on others turfs and at first I thought he may live close by but he's capo of several far away places and there's no airport near me. Also he doesn't just use the proximity way of putting turf near each other because I have turf about 20 minutes out of my main cluster and he put one there too. How does he do it? How can I stop it?

Turf hopping
Place one turf down and use its radius to build another one. Then destroy the first turf and use the second turfs radius to build again. Continue the chain so you can travel to new places without physically going there.
A long time ago there was a guy (I forgot who) but they travelled from (I think Seattle) to Alaska like that. Long distances takes dedication but always worth it.
