Delete all inactive users and remove the inactive users from other players mobs and delete their turfs

Thats stupid. Do you realise how much turf will actually disappear. There isnt enough active players (to my knowledge) for deleting old turfs to be viable. Besides active players can use em for cash sources. I get what your idea is but it just wouldnt work.
