What is the point in have energy under 30 when theres nothing u can do wit it? U should be allowed to use everything except the last 7 or 8 energy points....

I don't get it. Why would you want to save the last few points? Makes no sense.

There are plenty of missions that you can run with less than 30 energy. In fact, there are only two missions that require 30 or higher energy.

If I'm close to leveling up and have less than 8 energy, I'll run purse snatching for max xp to speed me along on leveling.

Everything has a use and a point in this game.

It will not be the same for everyone.
