Remove attack/defense skill

I'm surprised these were not removed a long time ago, and that new people are still investing their skill points in these skill areas. So instead of constantly telling newcomers not to put points in attack/defense, let's just get rid of it. If so many people refuse to use it, why have it?

Or make attack and defence relevant by making them ADD more points (maybe one point per level per skill point at least)

Maybe make it a percentage
Increase but make it cost alot more points. I.e. 5 points in atrack increases your attack value by 5%? But make the cost be ridiculous. I guess that could make the game much more pay to win.
