what is the point of families and how does it work ??? why do i want one and how do i use it

Family's are used for alliances basically, it gives you an advantage as you can have a group chat with them. However when you join a certain family you may make some enemys😅 But you gain a lot of allies! Family's are a great thing to join if you're a social butterfly I find, it's cool getting to know other players. That's what I've learnt from the game, a more experienced player may be better to ask.
