Add an option for a multiple turfs deleting, for tear down many turf with only one action.

I actually have thought his would be nice sometimes, but I'm really lazy at this game

Actually JP is A man. And also think this would be a good idea. Cause after capping 1000s of turf in one or two cites being able to check all but one and tear instantly would be awesome and time saving. Give it some thought if you were actually able to cap that many turf.
