Player Watch

Like the turf watch feature, allow for a player to "watch" one other player at a time. The watch would include any turf built, torn, or capped. Make it last only like 24-72 hours. Once the watch is over, you cannot watch another player for one week or the same player for a month. It could help during critical times against enemies but not create a lasting advantage for any one player.
