What's the ultimate goal?

Not sure if this is the right forum, but what is the ultimate goal of the game. I am a fairly new player who wants to try to become a capo. But then what? Capo of the continents you are connected to? Is there something in the game for people at the top?

You kind of have to figure out your own goals as you go along. It's very open ended but there's alot to do if you're pone minded enough to find it
