Make looted weapons (even if you can buy them in the market) have no upkeep. that would help low levels have better weapons because of their loot and not suffer the drawback of upkeep, and it makes it so high levels actually gain a benefit from weapon loot that is able to be purchased from the market.

I'm talking about when AK's and Tommy Guns are looted. You can purchase those and loot them
