Call it a Gold Mine, make it 25 influence and income of 10x what the Smuggling Tunnel makes.

Many of us have a lot of all the other loot upgrades. They are hardly worth the stam to steal anymore.

Plus, even with the undisclosed amount of turf plant cost reduction, the increased density the 25% exclusion zone reduction will cause will offset that to an undisclosed degree in crowded areas.

Give us something new to steal, and a way to make a bunch more cash per turf if we have the balls to slap a gold mine on some cluster of turf in a crowded area.
