Turf limit enforcement

Allow players to cap above their turf limits as they can today. Allow them to keep all turf above their limit for just under 24 hours. (Invalidating them from being used to cap other nearby turf.) Once the time expires, the newest turf or most recently capped turf above their limit is purged. During the 23+ hour grace period, players can self purge older turf, for example, to get under limit if they wish to retain the newly capped turf.
Enforcing the cap limit would help prevent airport clogging, ultimately making space for new players. It may also prevent the need to adjust the airport radius and turf planting radius as a means for solving the issue.
Existing turf could fall under a grandfather clause on as not to alienate large turf holders; however, any newly capped turf would fall under the limit clause. If grandfathered turf is capped after the clause, it would receive the same treatment as any newly capped turf from that point forward.

This would give the company too much of an upper hand when it comes to paying for Don points to increase your max turf because they could raise the prices of Don points because there would be a much higher demand for them if that's what it takes to expand - great idea if the company doesn't raise the price of max turf, or if they made the price of a turf 10 points instead that'd be good for this

I vote No is turf wars where the strongest survive if you to weak to get a airport spot grind your way up just like everyone else.

Too many big players making it impossible for a new player... and truth is no new players regardless of punching are going to get any serious numbers in their mob. Maybe if the multiple "alliances" actually fought each other rather than kissing each other's asses... but they save that sht for the little guys who pose no threat.
