Doesn't function at least on iPhone interface for this app. Would be useful if it did

Press "quote" then double tap what you want to highlight it works that way

Yes, most frustrating, after I upgraded my phone I noticed you need to use a double tap to invoke the editor .

Yeah, just got the double tap thing. It works, but not the same way as every other app. Hey ho.

.... And then the bug was fixed :) latest iOS update to WebKit for TW now does same as every other app
