New airport requirements

I've noticed tons of people want new airports. Most of the ones they want have no reason to be added. So I decided to make a list of requirements for them to be added. You guys can suggest changes or new requirements. My list:
Minimum number of turf in the nearby city should be at least 200-300 turf.
Minimum number of mobsters with turf in the nearby city should be at least 100-200 mobsters
The nearby city must be a city in real life with a real life population of at least 100,000
There must be at least 10 turf at that airport
Suggest any changes or new requirements below. Also suggest airports meeting these requirements and any revisions to the requirements. Just for all those people who don't like me making topics a lot, I think this topic is the most important one that makes the most since to have made.

A few that meet these requirements are Nashville (Nashville is the capital of the state it's in!) airport and Pittsburgh airport.

1) Tons of people? All of them are noobs just like you who have no idea what they're asking for.
2) 200-300 turf? A single person could plant that in less than an hour.
3) Do you know how many cities and towns around the world have a population of over 100,000 people? No? Me neither, but I'm pretty sure it's too many.

Damn, this is another worthless post. Do you really think the admins don't have their own requirements for new airports? Or do you believe you're so much smarter than everyone that you have to state the obvious for them.
