I had another phone with Turf Wars that I forgot the info for but now I have remembered it. Since you can't log out I guess this is the only way to do it I have an LG leon

Hit the feedback button on the top left of your home screen and say "I want to log out on (device model example iPhone 5)"
Wait a few days Nick will log you out and it'll be like you just downloaded the app
