Capo Glitch

In My main town a unknown person took down 2 of the biggest players (inactive) but then all these people with influence in the 100s are switching around as Capo every 7 minutes while I'm top influence??? But not capo???

Capos take a few minutes to register. Just wait, and if you don't get it it's probably because you're not top influence anymore
