It depends on the problem I suppose, but support has been great with me as far as response time. Usually the same day.

Okay, well I've sent them two messages now asking to have my old account reactivated since I changed devices. They haven't responded.

Still haven't heard from the Devs. I've messaged them 4 times this week with no response.

This is what you do. Leave one message saying " I would like to log out of my account on my (device model like iPhone 6) and wait. After that you can log into your old acct
