Way to cap AFK turfs

Don't you hate those AFK people? I have one in my town, lvl9 so I can't even cap his turfs. There should be a 28-day AFK rule so if you're inactive for 4 weeks anyone can cap your turf, no matter what level.

What, so u would rather mooch off 1k an hour instead of capping an AFK turf owned by a lvl14?

By being there he's raising your income. Besides I'd rather his turf be there in case he ever comes back

When it is a full city and there are 3 or more of these I think it is a good idea.. Money is already capped per person in a major city so why not get rid of the waste?

you want as many turfs from as many people as possible in an area. you would be better off to place a turf that overlays that turf and just hit the turf once in awhile so that it has to pay you protection. (farming the turf).
