It's really unclear at times for me to know the official location of my turf(Capo territories) I wish there were land borders visible on the map dividing up capo territories

Why do you need borders? You can press the button to build a turf & click on the map (even if you are too far away to build) and it will tell you the location your turf would be in if you planted there.

Boundaries change over time as the geocoders are updated anyway.

If you are looking for the location of turf you've already planted, you can see that both on your profile and in your turf list.

Go on google maps and search for the city. It will show a red border around the city limits.
