Gps location cap

Since this game involves Gps location being able to cap someone based on your location, not just turf should be allowed. This would open up new possiblilites to those over limit. Most probably have turf where they live and work already but if they go on vacation it would allow them to cap within their creation radius even though they can't create.

I'd love this, but how would you implement the 24 hour limit? Maybe it doesn't work where you have turf already. So once you cap a turf, you are then established and are bound by the 24hr limit in that area. So even if you drive to the next city you can only take one. Then wait your time before spreading out. It's not meant give them the same freedom as people under limit. Just an option to expand the gps portion of game play

The main reason why I don't like this is that the player under attack has no chance of capping the "live" turf that he/she is being attacked from.

I don't like this idea.
1) It removes the "home field" advantage. As Razor is saying, there's no way to defend against a player with no turf. Player Adam could come into town & cap the only turf that player Even has within a 3 mile radius. While Even could then set up on Adam, Adam's turf will mature first. In reality, if Adam had planted a turf in range of Even (like normal), Even could have immediately capped him. (Obviously this doesn't take into account cap skill, etc. but you get the point.)
2) Players that are over limit trade their mobility for the large amounts of turf they have. If they want to plant somewhere new, they can get under limit. Plenty of players have spent a lot of money upping their limits. Others have done large turf giveaways to get back under limit so they can plant somewhere new. Changing this now would be like a slap in the face & would upset the balance that exists.

I have no idea why I made "Even" a name. I think I somehow mixed Eve & Evan. 😂

So basically someone could cheat their location for 24 hours/whatever and cap without ever planting a turf? 👎

Maybe can be the possibility of 1.5% of passing unmarked or perhaps ignored

Once you cap that one turf you would be bound by normal rules so it would be just as if you planted there. Meaning it's 24hrs before you could cap again, range would apply and you could easily be capped. You're a sitting duck. And you are probably talking about a small percentage of people that are over limit and travel like. Would not be very useful in a war. Who is gonna pay to travel in real life just to cap 1 turf in a war zone which will prob get capped back quickly? I was thinking of this more for Turfers vacationing that can't drop turf. I see your concern mystery I'm just not sure how real or war practical it is. Honestly I like the other idea about a "landmark" turf better than this one anyways. Y'all are right, it sucks.
