You've got one, but your buddy doesn't have one coming for a few more days.

You can gift him yours. It uses yours and starts your 2 week timer over again.

When they use it, it resets their timer back to 2 weeks.

No one player can receive more than 1 gift per 30 days.

Plus over limit players have enough advantages without adding this.
Just an FYI over limit players can't plant turfs. Therefore can't use plane tickets and airports.

Nah, 1 gift per player per 30 days.

So if Mav gives me his ticket, I can't get another gift ticket for 30 days. When I use his I still have to wait 2 more weeks for another one.

So I could use mine, get a gift, wait 2 weeks for another ticket, still can't get a gift, wait 2 more weeks... It would add an element of possibility that someone could fly back to back, but wouldn't run rampant.

Trying to think of ways to liven things up a bit. Oh well, back to the drawing board. Thanks for the feedback.

The gift idea is good chucky- why not add "give money" as an option - although with a better implementation than MFP did in GS, say $20B limit.
