For several weeks now the 5 free points offered by watching an ad video have not actually been paying out. it serves up a video to watch, but hen nothing happens.

if you cannot get ads and are on an apple device try this. Settings app -> Privacy-> Advertising->Reset advertising identifier and try again.

I get the ads. Like I said in my post, the video ads are served up for me to watch, I just don't get paid for watching them anymore.

Try waiting for the buzz of the notification I don't get them when I exit out too quickly

OK, maybe I should be more clear: I have been playing this game FOR YEARS. I know how the Don's payouts should work...how they have always worked. They are no longer paying out for ad views AT ALL....PERIOD. I am not exiting too fast and my problem is not related to my device. The game is cheating me out of RP that I am rightfully earning.

I pm'd you about this a couple days ago but you never answered me. Anyway, if you're using android I may have a solution. I had this problem a while back. I fixed it by going to my device settings and under "developer options" there is an option something along the lines of "close apps immediately upon exit" I unchecked this box and it's worked ever since. I guess it treated the ad as a seperate app and when I exited out of the ad it was closing too fast. If you're not using android..... Nevermind.
