Most of what it shows is the 1500 and under mobs. It'd be better if the targets changed as I mobbed up

It shows player in range of you. If you tap the word "player" at the top it will refresh the page and show some different.

It does filter players a certain number of levels below you. I don't recall the cutoff though.

And players in the ER will not show either.

You can get a pretty good idea though, by looking at their mob number. The closer you are in combat strength, the more XP you will get.

The way thay arm their mob may make a difference, but at least you can get a rough idea.

I do realize about the refreshing, but there's mostly crap every refresh. There are plenty of players who will give me exp, but the fight window shows me mostly useless targets

I end up having to look at top mob city by city to find targets
